1.  We will never exchange or sell your information.

2. We do not store credit card information.

3. We strive to maintain the security and confidentiality of all of our customers.

4. Only authorized personnel with legitimate business reasons are allowed access to customer information and orders.

5. Our site uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to encrypt data transmission of all customers orders.

Return Policy

We will do everything we can to be sure your experience with The Fabric Co., is a good one!

You must notify us within 10 days of receipt of your fabric. Returns are only allowed for damaged or flawed fabrics.  Fabrics that have been altered or cut are not returnable. Fabrics must be returned to us within 30 days of notification.  Shipping charges are not returnable.

Custom orders are not returnable. Please contact info@thefabricco.com for return and exchange information.

Shipping Policy

In-stock fabrics and samples are shipped within 48 hours and most of the time within 24 hours.

All samples will ship priority mail via the US postal service. The first 5 samples ship for a flat $5 fee. There is an additional $1 charge for each sample above the first 5.  Multiple items may not ship together.  We try to cut our samples so you get all the colors and as much of the pattern as possible.

All fabric orders will be shipped by UPS ground. Please contact us for expedited shipping charges. Multiple items may not ship together. Orders larger than 25 yards may not be continuous yardage.

You may order fabrics on-line, by phone or at our store.

After your order is placed we will email a tracking number to you.

Since we cannot guarantee color on your computer screen, we highly recommend you order a swatch first.
